Common questions
Where is my progress stored? On your device — and in your own private iCloud if you're signed in, so it follows you to a new phone. We never see it.
I bought the unlock on another device. Settings → Restore purchase. The unlock is a one-time purchase and supports Family Sharing.
Why don't I hear music? Check the silent switch — VerseKeeper respects it — and Settings → Background music inside the app.
Why am I only getting short verses? VerseKeeper grows with you: longer verses open up as you show you're keeping the shorter ones. That's by design — no one gets buried.
